How do we relate?

The same fungi we work with in bioremediation projects are also being studied for their effects on the human body. Medicinal mushrooms like Reishi and Lion’s Mane may support immune balance, cognitive function, and overall vitality through their bioactive compounds. In our ShroomPatch™ line and MycoTea® drinks, we use our own in-house grown mycelium and extracts to bring that “healing” piece to people, especially those who struggle with digestion and malabsorption.

What We're Doing

While our ShroomPatch™ transdermal patches focus on personal wellness, MycoOne™ was built by mycologists who care just as much about the land and water as the human body. Behind the scenes, we are exploring mycelium-based solutions for things like agricultural runoff, heavy metals, and “forever chemicals,” and we are in active conversations with partners to grow this work.

As the brand scales, we are committing a portion of our profits and our own lab and field expertise to regenerative mycology projects in our home region and beyond. The goal is simple: turn everyday wellness rituals into real-world restoration, one patch, one bottle, and one mycelium project at a time.

Project Spotlight: Mycelium in Action

We're proud to support the global movement of scientists, activists, and earth-healers who are putting fungi to work for the planet. These are just a few of the projects and partners inspiring our commitment to ecological restoration:

Fungi Foundation
Chile & Global
Focus: Conservation, education, and exploration of the fungal kingdom.
Why We Love It: As the first NGO in the world dedicated exclusively to fungi, the Fungi Foundation is mapping fungal biodiversity, preserving ancestral fungal knowledge, and protecting endangered mycelial ecosystems.

Radical Mycology Collective
U.S.-Based, Grassroots Global Reach
Focus: Open-source mycology, community training, and DIY remediation.
Why We Love It: This decentralized group empowers people to grow, experiment with, and deploy fungi for local remediation, especially in underserved communities.

MycoRemedy Project
Hudson Valley, New York, USA
Focus: Local remediation of heavy-metal-contaminated soils using oyster and king stropharia mushrooms.
Why We Love It: It's a powerful model for how small-scale, citizen-led mycoremediation can have real environmental impact—and it's rooted in community education.

Ecovative MycoFiltration Trials
U.S. Pacific Northwest
Focus: Using mycelium "biofilters" to purify agricultural runoff and stormwater.
Why We Love It: By capturing pollutants before they reach waterways, this project shows how fungi can be scaled for infrastructure-level solutions.
